TrueImageServerEcho_s_8163_en.exe backup archive file is corrupted
We bought the version TrueImageServerEcho_s_8163_en for our windows2000 en and Win2003 en Servers, but after setup, when we try to restore,we find that for some servers, the archive can not be restored with the error "backup archive file is corrupted",but some works well. And reinstall the program is not helpful for those issued servers.Anyone can help? Thanks.

Hello Wang Frank!
Welcome to our Forum, we're glad to greet you here! I understand your concern, and will do my best to help you.
There can be many reasons for this issue, and in order to solve it we need to localize one.
First of all, please note that the build you're using is an outdated one. The latest build is 8398, and can be downloaded straight from your account. We would advise
In case the image is explored and validated without any issues, then the problem can be caused by the fault connection to the backup location or - in case you restore from the bootable CD - media glitch.
In order to localize the issue please do the following:
- Validate the image
(Tools -> Validate Backup Archive, see detailes in the User's Guide: Chapter 10.1 Validating
backup archives)
In case it's reported to be normal, please - Download the updated bootable media from your account, burn it onto the CD and use instead of the current media
- Move the archive to any other suitable location
Should the issue remain even after it, please gather
- Acronis Info from the problem machine
- Recovery log from the bootable media
After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.
Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!
Thank you!
