Unable to restore the image

Thread needs solution

I am having the problem with the acronis true image enterprise server 9.1. I boot with the rescue media, and want to perform or restore a backup and no hard drives are found. This is on brand new Dell PowerEdge 1950's.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for posting. I will do my best to assist you.

Most likely this issue occurs because the bootable media does not have the drivers to detect the hard drivers. Since version 9.1 is outdated and is no longer developed or supported, we can try using the bootable media for Acronis Backup and Recovery 10.

I will send you a private message in a few minutes with a download for the trial version bootable media, as a trial version it is limited to restore operations only, but it can recover images made with version 9.1.
