12 Hour plus Back Up Time

Hi I am doing full disk backups of a 240gb SSD to a NAS drive. The finished Tib file is 101gb but in the Acronis Backup screen it is shown as 1.66 Tb . It is taking well over 12 hours to complete but the created Tib is mountable so presumaby OK. I have not previously had this problem , use to to take an hour or two. My other PC backs up to the same NAS in a reasonable time.
Any thoughts appreciated because taking this long makes it not worth using, data changes during backup
could I assume cause problems.

I had a similar problem when I went from TIH 2014 Premium, Build 6614, to the next release (May, I think, not the one this week). Time went from 3 minutes to over 30 for resultant 10 - 12 gb TIB file. No one responded to my inquiry, so I went back to 6614 and the bkup time went back to 3 mins! I am still running Build 6614. I plan to test the new release soon to see if the problem still exists. (128 gb Toshiba SSD to any old sata hard drive)
