2010 locks up when trying to mount images
Most of the time when trying to mount an image made with an earlier version, TrueImage locks up or else takes an exceedingly long time to mount the images. Say 30 minutes to an hour. During this time, the operation cannot be canceled from within the program, but only by killing it in Task Manager.
In previous versions, mount would never take more than about 30 seconds or so.
I am forced to downgrade back to the previous version because I am depending upon using these images.
Can anyone shed any light on correcting this problem?

Hello Jeffrey,
I'm sorry for the delayed response. Let me assist you with this situation.
If there would be a low performance during the backup creation - the would be the way to change network speed in the product settings.
Since the issue is related to Mount, let's try to exclude network from the causes. I assume that image you're trying to mount is located somewhere in your network, so I'd recommend you to copy it to some internal \ external drive, then try to mount it again. Also, try to check whether there's a difference between mounting in Read only mode, or in Read\write Mode and let me know the results.
Also, could you please let me know the build number of the product, which you can find in the Help -> About dialog (it should be a 3 or 4 digit number)?
Additionally to this, you are welcome to ask me any other questions concerning Acronis, and I will assist you further.
We are looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.
Thank you.

Alexander,
Thanks for getting back to me.
We did in fact solve the problem which turned out to be in our network. Since this had never happened before and the network "appeared" to be running normally, we were too quick to jump to the conclusion that the problem was with Acronis.
