2012 Stopped Working problem

Thread needs solution

I upgraded from TI 2011 to 2012. I got repeated and random "TI has stopped working" error messages. They happened in the middle of a backup, when browsing for a backup and while trying to "edit backup settings". I have Windows 7 x64 with 6 internal SATA hard drives, a Western Digital My Book connected to usb 3 and a Synology DS4112j NAS connected to my Lan.
I have removed and reinstalled at least 4 times with same results. I even tried it on a different machine with same results. At this time I've removed 2012 and reinstalled 2011 with no intentions of reinstalling 2012 unless a fix is provided. Would appreciate any assistance. Thanks

Just to be sure, did you install ATIH 2012 Update 2 build 7119?

Do you think there could be some third party software you are using on your computers that interferes with ATI (defragmentation, other backup, security software)?
