2013 ATI Scheduled Differential Backup only runs 1 chain

Win XP Pro

I set up a daily differential backup chain, to run daily @ 2AM. 1 full, then 4 differential backups, partition mode. Wake the computer is checked. Email notification is set up for completion and out of space.
The first set ran fine; 1 full and 4 differential backups, with email notification that backup was successful.
After that, no more backups, period. I expected another full. then 4 incremental, etc.

I checked the settings, all seem in order, but no backup taking place.

Any help would be appreciated.

Note: I purchased the product several months ago but just got around to installing and testing in the last week.  I think it's lame that Acronis only provides chat support for 30 days from purchase. There are free products that do better than that! Come on Acronis, how about at least 30 days from first use?
