2014 OEM True Image Download Problem

Thread needs solution

Well since there is no support by any means from the actual provider of the product I got, I shall ask the question here.

 

I have a copy of True Image 2014 that I just now registered sadly after finding it years later (perpetual license). The only problem is that when I go to the download section of it in the Acronis Account area there is nothing but three empty drop-down arrows that shows.

 

Is there any way to fix this?

Dylan, welcome to these user forums.

You may need to give it a little time after registering your ATIH 2014 serial / product before it shows up in your Acronis account.  If this doesn't clear up by itself then you will need to contact Acronis Support directly and ask them to investigate why you cannot see the downloads for your registered product and to confirm that they have recognised your product serial number as being valid.

You can contact Acronis via the Support link at the top of the forum pages, then scroll down the new page that opens and click on the Contact Support link shown on the right side.  You will see some choices about the product then below this, an option to use Live Chat to Chat Now with support.

Hello Dylan,

Thank you for your posting! As far as I see this window refers to Acronis True Image OEM Activation. It'a a free OEM version of Acronis True Image supplied along with the hardware. Instructions on how to install this particular type of Acronis products are provided by the hardware manufacturer, who is distributing an OEM version of Acronis software, because depending on the vendor OEM products can be customized and hence we cannot provide the exact guidence. 

I agree, that the empty window is somewhat misleading. According to the information in our internal sources this is planned to be improved (the whole representation of OEM products in My Account and the Downlods window in particular). No exact ETA though.
