2014 version - no support - no help - shagged my machine - now what?

Thread needs solution

Ok Guys,

So I bought an SSD - not my 1st, I have about 20 now...
This one from Crucial came with 2014 OEM version of Acronis.
I have used Acronis in the past & it has been quite good, so I felt it reasonably low risk to use it to transfer HDD -> SSD....

1. It forced a reboot & did the xfr offline (hey I could have done that with clonezilla) - maybe yous guys need to look at Paragon...
2. It didn't work. The SD refused to boot successfully. Waste of 3 hours then...
3. The HDD has been messed up & now it won't load any windows management snapin "Computer Management Snapin Launcher has stopped working" check online (no response) or close the program (no help).

Great, so now I have an SSD which I can't use, and my windows 7 desktop has broken, oh, and I've wasted many hours in the process.
So how exactly am I supposed to fix this?
"No support" is what the Acronis support login tells me, oh gee thanks guys.
There's not even a "best effort" email support portal. Great.

So I have to re-install my windows 7 from scratch? COME ON GUYS!!!!!!
Very pi&&ed off.Open to any suggestions.
