3TB drive - can not recover C: partition

Thread needs solution

The support group at acronis needs a lot of work. They are not IT professionals, and they don't know their product. I've just had 5 chat sessions and nothing got resolved. try this and try that - no solutions.

The last session - they left me hanging for 30 minutes with not even a "working on it" - no answers at all. I can't understand how they stay in business.

NET: I believe you can not recover a C: drive if your .tib file is on a GTP disk, because the unix environment doesn't have the drivers for GTP. And you can not restore the C: drive with out using the standalone environment.

Why can't they say just that? Instead they just leave you hanging.
