3th Disk does not show up using the boot disk of TI 2011

Thread needs solution

With the Acronis boot disk I'm not able to see the partition where I have saved my True Image backup images.
Configuration:
2x Intel SSD Raid 0
1x Raptor 250 Gb
1x WD 300 Gb for backup purposes.
The partiton on the backup disk does not show up when I am looking for the images if I want to restore an image. So I have to store images on a seperate partion. Yes, it's possible, hoewever I woudl like to have them on the bachup Partion. It looks as if this is not possible using the boot disk og Treue Image 2011.
Any idea how to solve this issue?

Hi Gert, I would log in to your Acronis account and download the native bootable media software and try that. If that cannot see your drives then it will be possible for Acronis to provide you with a version that will - so let us know.

Have you given your drives and partitions meaningful names? The Linux OS on the standard rescue disk, made from within TI, allocates drive and partitions letters differently to Windows, i.e. my external drive is listed as C:\ when I boot from the rescue disk

If this dosen't help then download the iso from your account as suggested by bin, otherwise you will either have to contact support for a link to a special iso file, or you could make a BartPE disk.

Thanks for the replies.
I have used my friends TI 2011 for a while to check whether Acronis had solved that issue, already appearing in TI 2009 UK which I use today. (as a boot CD I use a modified Bart PE). As I have switched all my SW to Dutch I will wait for the Dutch version of TI 2011, which will be most probably available in november next. Then I will turn back to Acronis, as I prefer not to buy the Plus package, which cost me extra moeny. I think Acrnios should solve this in their SW. I learend here that that would be possible.
Many thanks again.

Gert

As from to today I was able to buy the Dutch version, So I did. It's an upgrade to True Image 2011 NL from my True Image 2009 UK version. Running smoothly.
The problem as descripbed above still exists. I'm very sorry, but could not find the suggested iso file for the native boot disk.
Can you please help me out where to find it?
Thanks in advange, Gert

I assume you have registered your software, if so log into your account from the main Acronis website, if not register on the Acronis website.

After login in Click on My Products and Downloads on the left of the screen (under the words My Account), the next screen will show all your registered software.

Click on the + sign at the side of your software and expand the item. The second tab is the Bootable Media click on the download button and save the file on your disk, burn the iso to a CD, I use RW disks saves on coasters.

You could also try the next tab which is a "safe" media file which uses a different OS and a BartPE file, which is based on Windows, for you to try

If the new bootable Media file isn't available yet in Dutch and as you have only just upgraded I would have thought that you are entitled to 30 days free support, in which case try the "live chat"

Yes, I have registered and yes, I have done all what you suggested. Apparentley the Dutch bootale Media file isn't available yet, as nothing is appearing in the tabs. I will use the live chat suugestion and after it, I will be back.
Thanks for your reply
