Absolutely zero support for new user
I opened a trouble ticket because Acronis was compressing files on backup and failing to decompress on recovery. I used Live Chat to talk to a guy who obviously had no idea what to do. He opened trouble ticket 01267932. I sent seven screen snapshots to document the problem. He failed to respond for two days. Today I tried to call the company. No one answers the phone! When you try to use their phone robot to connect to a name,
such as Artem Danilov. purportedly the director of Customer Service, the phone system say he doesn't exist! When I tried to Live Chat, that option now is dimmed and I get a message that my support is expired -- and I bought the product two weeks ago!
The web site will not provide a phone number for customer support. When you visit the customer support web page, it says they are overwhelmed with calls about a new product, Sorry! Once Acronis had respect in the engineering community. No more!

I checked your Acronis web-account and found only a trial version for ATIH2011. I would really appreciate if you could register your program in your Acronis web-account so that you can have access to our Chat support.
