Account Credentials not accepted for Syncronization
I am trying to bring up the Synchronization tab and it wants my account credentials. I enter the email and password that I use to get into my account. It will show "Logging in, Please wait" then come right back to the Enter your Acronis account credentials screen. If I intentionally enter a bad password, it will come back with the email or password is incorrect. I have been in the synchronization tab before, only once, to setup a local file sync. Have not been able to get in since. Thanks for any help.

Same issue here. Will try the uninstall/reinstall you suggest.
Update Jan. 18, 2013:
Uninstalling/reinstalling didn't work. I still can't get in the sync tab with my Acronis account credentials. Running TrueImage as administrator also doesn't work. I'd like to delete the local sync I had set up but can't get back in!

Same thing happening for me. Spent about 45 minutes online with tech support. The only way to access the sync tab (or login) is to create a new account each time. It works for one time only, then cannot be used again. Can't we just turn this "protection" off if doing a local sync? Why is it required if not using the Cloud sync function? Help!
