Acronic True Image 2015

Thread needs solution

Acronis backup is not recognising my external hard drive.

It is showing on my computer and is plugged in, but acronis not picking it up.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

I had uninstalled and reinstalled this program but still not working.

Sorry but more information is needed to understand the problem you are reporting in this topic?

What build version of ATIH 2015 do you have installed?  Latest/final build was 6613.

What Windows OS version is installed?  Windows 7, 8.1, 10 or an older version?

What type of external HDD is this, how is it connected to the computer, how is it formatted?

If you can post some screen shots of how the drive is shown by Windows Disk Management that may help us better understand the issue.
