Acronis 10 Recovery Problem

Dear Acronis,

Can you please help me to restore my data (Windows Mail email messages), =
that will not restore from Windows Mail / Microsoft Vista to Windows =
Mail Live / Microsoft Windows 7 ?
The data was backed up onto an external HD before a clean install of =
Windows 7. Now, although your program says that it has restored the =
data I can not find any sign of it. Can you tell me where it may have =
been sent, or how to open the .tib files so that I can import directly =
from them into Windows Mail Live?

I have the same issue. The log says the operation (restoration) was successful, but there are no restored emails. Has anyone answered this question. Everything looks like it is "proceeding" but I am not getting my restored email messages. Thanks, Rick.

Unfortunately due to the lack of investigation information it is difficult to identify the reason, so we will need your assistance in it.

Could you please kindly provide us with the following information? 

  1. Could you please provide us with the exact sequence of actions that lead to the problem you report, so that we can reproduce it?
  2. Recovery logs
  3. - Download AcronisInfo
    - Run the downloaded file.

    The gathered information will be put in AcronisInfo.zip in the same folder, where the AcronisInfo was saved.

    This information will allow us to take a closer look at the Acronis product state and logs.

(!) Should you use Outlook Express, please, turn it down before recovery.
