Acronis 2010 Backup of Windows Server 2003 - trying to restore using Trial Version Windows Server 11.5

I made a backup of a Windows Server 2003 PC some time ago, which failed today. Knowing that I had a backup I wasn't worried. When I ran the restore function form the boot disk I was prompted to purchase the Server version. I downloaded the Trial version because it states that Recovery is possible.

I created a 32bit and a 64bit boot disk (system was delivered to us with zero documentation) and have tried to recover the data but to no avail. The backup made was as .tib file, and the Acronis Server 11.5 version cannot see the file.

I can't find any further limitations on the type of file that can be restored, and this forum is my only hope.
