Acronis 2010 NonStop Backup - Location drive not showing Time Explorer Storage

Thread needs solution

I have Acronis True Image Home 2010. I use Nonstop Back up of my system drive to an external drive 'K'. If I use Windows Explorer to view content of 'K' there is no evidence of the NonStop Backup folder despite that within Acronis the destination is 'K' and that if you look into Acronis "Recover with Time Explorer" all of the backed up data is shown. On my next door neighbours PC His Windows Explorer displays a folder "Time Explorer Storage". Can anyone clarify please

It's a hidden folder. You would need to enable viewing of hidden and system files to see it it Explorer.

I should have stated that in Windows Explorer the "Hide files and folders" is already unchecked and I can see other hidden files and folders but not one for Time Explorer Storage..

I did wonder as to tha,t but the other PC showing "Time Explorer Storage" - the "Hide protected operating system" is checked otherwise I would have also done that. But after reading your posting I thought I would give it a try - Voila, can now see "Time Explorer Storage" . The difference probably that the other PC is XP and this PC is Win 7.
I had already determined that it was there, albeit hidden, by calculating available space on drive etc.
Thanks for your input.
