Acronis 2013 program just quit running.

Thread needs solution

who has a tel number for acronis when they supposedly fixed a problem which reoccurred but they closed the case fpr a paid for assistance... ? it is like writing to a deal letter post box.

Peter,

There is no free telephone support for True Image Home.

You would need to open another case with Acronis referencing your previous case number if the problem is the same.

You may have to pay for the support again, but they should refund the charge if the problem is the same as before.

Possibly someone here could help if you were to provide additional details about your issues.
