Acronis 2014 don't respond when it's start...

Thread needs solution

Hello,

i upgraded my acronis 2013 to acronis 2014 but at the first start of the 2014 Version it dont respond after the start...everytime,i reinstall it a few times but it doesn't works.

Anyone knows what i can do now ?

I have had the same problem whilst upgrading from Acronis 2010 to Acronis 2014. Support suggested downloading the latest build and select "Repair". This I did on Friday and it did seem to work initially but then later in the day the problem of launching, or NOT launching returned and I was unable to close the PC down as normal but had to resort to switching off at the mains. I am currently awaiting a response from Acronis.

Acronis have replied suggesting a software conflict??
The same software on the PC is the same software that has been in situ since May 2013 with only the normal programme updates with the system working perfectly OK using Acronis 2010 - so I find it hard to accept that it could be a software conflict!
