Acronis 2014 will not load; just freezes!!

Thread needs solution

Over the last couple of days, Microsoft has pushed several updates for my operating system (8.1 w/ Pro Media Center). I used Acronis 2014 last weekend without issues but today Acronis will not load. It is just hanging and then does the (Not responding) piece. Has one of the new updates interfered with the Acronis start-up function? Any help would appreciated.

Update: I have uninstalled and re-installed it and it is still doing the same thing.

Try to use the Acronis cleanup utility to remote Acronis True Image. Then reboot. Reinstall the software and start new backup tasks in new directories
