Acronis 2015 Bootable disk Don't view SSD M.2 Where is the problem ?

Thread needs solution

Good Morning

I have a problem with my Pc portable Dell Precision 7510

The primary disk (C with OS Installed Windows 7 64) is a SSD M.2

When i try to bootstrap with acronis bootable disk 2015 (last update)

the disk SSD M.2 (disk with OS)  is not seen so i can't restore/backup/clone the memory . Why ?

There is a possibility  to restore / backup / clone the SSD M.2 ?

Acronis 2016 has this possibility or not ?

Thanks in advanced for the reply

Hi Mr. Rossetti,

looks like your hardware has NVMe disk, which is not currently supported by Acronis products: https://kb.acronis.com/content/57521

But support of NVMe drives is supposed to be available in the next update of Acronis True Image 2016.

Now you can use a WinPE-based bootable media as a workaround.

Thank you,

Thanks for the reply I will wait the new version. I hope the next update supported SSD M.2. Now i try  use WinPe-based but i don't sure works with my acronis 2015 when the new release will support SSD M.2 I will upgrade my acronis.

Best Regards
