Acronis 8.0 Question - Solved
Thread needs solution
I just reinstalled XP SP3 and Acronis 8.0 The Backup and Restore functions ok. Problem is to Explore an Image. When it gets to the point of assigning a letter to the partition, system freezes. Cpu Idle is at 99, while Acronis & other resources is 0. Have to reboot.
The image is 36GB - 31GB free.
System has 3GB Ram.
Back in the day, when first purchased, only had 1GB Ram and the Explore functioned well.
Any thoughts ? Yeah, I know, upgrade, but can't right now, and besides 8.0 does what it is supposed to, mostly !
