Acronis ATIH 2012 Build 7119 Installation Issue

Thread needs solution

When I attempt to reinstall ATIH 2012 Build 7119 in Windows 7 (x64) I receive the following message:
"The configuration data for this product is corrupt.
When I attemp to fall back and reinstall ATIC 2011 Build 6868 , I am told that this is already installed, but I can find nothing that lists it as being installed.
All of this occurred when I uninstalled 2012 because the On-Line software was incompatible with ATIH 2012.
Any suggestions of how I can overcome these problems?

I would do the following steps in this order: Close any open programs while performing the steps listed. Uninstall the standalone online backup software(if possible), then delete the contents of the %temp% folder by clicking the start button and typing in "%temp%" (without the quotes) in the search box and press enter. After the folder is displayed, select all the files and delete them. You may not be able to delete one or more of the files if they are in use, so skip those when prompted. Close the folder, and then download both the ATIH 2012 Cleanup utility( http://kb.acronis.com/content/24545 ), and the ATIH 2011 Cleanup utility(http://kb.acronis.com/content/14871 ). Run the ATIH2012 Cleanup Utility first, do not reboot when finished, then run the ATIH 2011 Cleanup Utility. Restart your computer and then install either the ATIH 2012 or ATIH 2011 as you wish.
