Acronis autostart backup problem

Hallo,

i have acronis on Windows 8 and have problem with autostart backup....i set up time and perior....and not to start....servises are running :(
After restart..sometimes its run....but have no popup message with information, that backup started.
I tried reinstall
what can i do.....
