Acronis Backup is not working

Thread needs solution

After my windows login password was updated, Acronis stopped working and asked for Windows Credentials.  I entered the new password for the Windows Credentials, and this is the error that I am receivng now.  "Cannot access backup file ...\DATA(E)_full_b1_s1_v11.tib. Please ensure that you entered the correct credentials for the network share."  I have confirmed entering the correct credentials.  We are in urgent need of support.

Acronis advertises they help with recovery issues. Be sure and stipulate you have a recovery issue.

the file name "v11" is suspect unless the backup is  broken in small file pieces.
