Acronis Bootable Media Builder issue

Can anyone help here Please? I can not create a USB key get th following error.

I have Acronis True Image 2015 build: 6613

Message: Cannot load the required components. Please reinstall Acronis Bootable Media Builder.

GETTING THE SAME ERROR on my Windows 8.1 pro system same version of the software

Cannot load required components. Please reinstall Acronis Bootable Media Builder.

Did do that on the windows 10 pro box and the windows 8.1 pro was clean installed now to test.
