Acronis can't backup from network drive, "nothing to backup"
Backing up from a simple NAS device I get an error almost immediately on starting the backup with the note "There is nothing to backup" (0x0064008A+0x000B03ED)
If I go into the settings and try to refind the file it shows no files/folders but has a line "Specify credentials for this location" and "Edit credentials" both of which are clickable, but nothing happens when I click. I'm obliged to delete the backup and reconfigure, eventually the error comes back.
This is not a problem with connectivity on my network as I can always open the file directly on my explorer browser.
In the knowledgebase it says the error is fixed which is ridiculous since I have the latest version and I get to the knowledgebase by clicking on the error directly through the application.

Hello Marc,
thank you for opening the thread regarding this question.
There might be several reasons, not necessarily the ones listed in the Knowledgebase. What NAS model are you using? Could you please send us Acronis Info from the problem machine?
I would also appreciate if you could test Acronis True Image Home 2012 version, and let us know whether this error remains with the newer version as well. It might help to localize the problem.
Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!
Thank you.
