Acronis Cloud backup aborted

Thread needs solution

I having been backing up one of my computers to the Acronis Cloud for a couple of years without any problems. Beginning early in March 2015, I have been getting an “Operation has been aborted” message every time I have tried to back up to the Cloud. I regularly use the same Acronis software to back up the same computer to a local hard drive without any problems.

I have a PC running Windows 8.1. I have Acronis True Image 2015. I have 250 GB of Acronis Cloud Storage of which 68 GB is free.

It sounds like possibly you might have a hostname or port problem. This article might help:

I have the same problem tonight yet all my previous backups worked fine. I have tried the tool which shows all ports etc working fine.
The backups come up with OPERATION FAILED.
Any help appreciated, thanks
