Acronis Cloud down

Thread needs solution

Acronis Cloud is down more than 24h. Is there any news on this?
I am evaluating ATI15 Unlimited and now I am really wondering what is going on. Actually I had decided to subscribe if the test runs successfull although the software is really spartan. However, inaccessability of the restoring function is a show stopper. What is a online backup good for if you cannot access your backups when needed!?!

I got on cloud to do some clean up fine yesterday evening and both my scheduled cloud backups ran fine this morning.
I just checked at 3:30 Pacific time and no problem logging into cloud.

Probably the outage affected only the datacenter which has my data. It is back online now, BUT the web interface only displays a fraction of the files that are in my backup set. This was not the case before the outage. Something weird is going on and the support stays silent. And why is there no status page or something like that.
A real pity. I have excellent upload speeds (uploading between 10-15 GB/h, which is the max of my connection), but all this doesn't look very thrustworthy. So, i guess I revert my descision to buy a subscription and keep on searching for a reliabe backup service...

I have had that happen, not all files displaying but displayed fine later.
I just let my daily task run and test it occasionally. I've not had any problems.
In your case I recommend creating a new cloud backup task and letting it finish.
Though some may have trouble, I believe Acronis is the best deal available for cloud backup and has the best transfer speeds of all I've tried.

Thanks for saying something too and now I know that it is not just me because it seem down for me too as it have happened like almost two days ago. It is causing problems to login into the Acronis Image software too.
