Acronis Cloud Web Interface is pretty weak ... Comments, suggestions and wish list

Thread needs solution

I recently subscribed to the Acronis Cloud. Because it takes such a long time to see an initial backup to the cloud (in the section devoted to backups) I stored my. tib files locally and used the synchronization option to backup the .tib files to the cloud. This was slow, but not unexpected.

Issues:
1. You cannot download the 'root' folder from the cloud. You have to individually selected the files. One workaround for issue the root folder issue is to make sure your root folder contains only other folders.
2. Occasionally when I navigate to My Cloud/Home and select recover files I get a JAVA abend. I am not figured out the sequence of events for which this occurs. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. That is simply bad coding.
3. Inability to select files across more than one page.
4. Inability to move .tib files from they synchronization side of the cloud to the backup side of the cloud. Since the initial seed can be very slow, this would be a useful feature.
5. If the total number of bytes you are attempting the transfer the backup never starts.
6. The inability to upload files which you can exclude from synchronization. Of course you can workaround this one as well by initially synchronizing an empty folder and permanently 'pause' the synchronization (you however cannot delete synchronization task).
7. Intelligent sorting of files be name (Windows Explorer for Windows 7 does this well). What I mean is that file abc_full_b1_s1_v1.tib is followed by abc_full_b1_s1_v10.tib and not abc_full_b1_s1_v2.tib. This is an issue partially (for Acronis generated tib files) since TIB 2014 does not left zero pad its numbers, but that is another issue.
8 Generally poor interface. Very immature. An example of a better interface in Webroot's Cloud Option. They also offer synchronization with many of the options I have outlined above. To be fair, their yearly pricing for 500 GB is about three times that of Acronis. I may investigate Crashplan as an alternative to copying my .tib files to the 'cloud'.

I decided to try Google Drive for synchronization as an alternative. Still in testing phase. It is about half the price of Acronis but too has limitations. (You can only setup the initial synchronization with an empty folder, but of course you can add files to the folder later).
