Acronis crashes when attempting to backup to the cloud

I recently upgraded to Acronis 2013. Suspecting that my hard drive was failing I managed to clone the drive.

I then started investigating the status of my previous backups. I found one 83 GB backup stored on a partition on the working drive. It appears that goes back to May12, 2011. I do want to preserve this data.

Sometime ago I signed up for cloud storage. To tell you the truth, I was never sure that was working properly. Today I tried to initiate a backup to the cloud and Acronis crashed. Did any of my data manage to make it to the cloud? Since Acronis refuses to work, I cannot investigate further.
