Acronis does not recognize hard drive my new notebook Asus X515 (11th Gen Intel)
When I have tried to install a clone of an image that I have of another laptop I have found that it does not recognize the hard drive.
When I tried to install an original Windows 10 image, the same thing happened to me, the hard drive was not recognized. I have searched for information and installing some ASUS drivers during the installation itself, allowed me to recognize the hard drive, format and finish the installation.
Thinking that the problem had passed, I tried again to restore the image (from an SSD hard drive) which did recognize me but the laptop's own hard drive did not recognize me.
I have searched for information but have not found a way. I would greatly appreciate any kind of help.
Thank you

Also, most versions of ATI have trouble with the drivers used by 12 Generation (and possibly 11 Generation Intel CPUs - cannot remember at the moment, due to bad headache).

Yes, it's a laptop, it's internal. Model: NVMe WDC PC SN530 SDBPNZ-256G-1002 (238 GB)

Dear Mauro,
You can also try to install a trial version of the product: Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office
If the problem with the hardware detection pops up again in it you can contact our support without hesitation.

Mauro, the root issue here is the lack of correct disk controller drivers in your Acronis rescue media for your internal drive(s) in the laptop / notebook.
You should try to identify what drivers are needed here which is easiest if you have an existing OS installed on the laptop, i.e. if it came pre-installed with Win 10 or 11?
Newer laptops may have one of several different Intel controllers, i.e. Intel RST, Intel VMD and combinations that include Intel Optane memory components. There are different drivers for each of these that would need to be added to the rescue media.
If you are trying to bring a cloned disk or disk image from a different laptop (of different specifications / hardware) then you should create the Acronis Universal Restore bootable media and use this to try to identify and install device drivers needed on the new system.
