Acronis Fatal Error boot drive (partition) not found

I recently had to have my Vista 64bit computer repaired at the factory. The hard drive was replaced so I need to remount my image or restore data. I installed Acronis True Image 11 Home and immediately upon rebooting was given the error:
Acronis Fatal Error boot drive (partition) not found
I remembered that I needed to update to the latest build so I downloaded and installed the latest build. No luck - still get the error.
Tried uninstalling Acronis and reinstalling with the newest build. Still no luck.
I can't follow the instructions found in these forums to repair the Vista Boot Configuration Data because I don't have a Vista disc.

Please help. No matter what I do (rollback/restore, uninstall, etc.) the error is still there upon booting.

I have got the same problem with my installation (ATI 9,0 on Windows XP). Have tried the same as Mary Ann Kelley, no luck.
