Acronis installation and unistallation

I had to install true image home 2012, before that I unistalled true image for a moment appeared a window with impossible to unistall. I tried to install the new version but I could'nt. Always appear a message impossible to install irreversible error, corrupted and so now I have no program im my pc and I remain with secure zone that I cannot open or cancel, Could you help me, please?
