Acronis Main Screen Doesn't Work

Hello:

Has anyone had the experience of the main screen freezing? For example, after the listing of my backups loads, showing last backup, schedules, etc. if I try to click on the hypertext (say, help? or operations), nothing happens...click again, and something else opens up (say, the disk backup window)...

ATI Home 2011
Windows 7 64 bit
Intel Q9650 CPU
