Acronis Nonstop backup service has stopped (never actually gets started)

Any help on this is appreciated.

"Nonstop Backup service has stopped" issue has occurred a few times in the past & started working again on its own. Last nonstop backup was on Nov 3rd 2014. Seems like it tries to work 3 times giving the same error report each time. Error details below, Acronis has no such "Event Code" listed. I use XP with all updates, 3 gig ram & backup to an external 1T HD with plenty of space. Ran Malwarebytes & Norton with no errors. A Google search directed me this MS site: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/125749 that's explanation is way over my pay grade but appears to be a Acronis programing problem with C++.

While filling out the previous comments, Acronis TI14 supposedly ran a successful nonstop backup. Buuuut, bringing up True Image I ran Recover & checked for a file I downloaded several days ago and it is not present in the backup. I checked to make sure the original file is still on the HD & it was. I noticed the backup name "NonStop Backup(1)" was dated November 29th 2014 in the main screen but in the Recover screen dated September 29th 2014. It's like the backup part of the program backed it up but the recovery part doesn't recognize it.
