Acronis Online Backup

Thread needs solution

I've turned on my free trial subscription to the online backup. I have 2 problems. 1st my backup home page still says my subscription is expired and 2nd, I keep getting log entries to this fact. How can I turn off the expiration message and how can I stop getting log entries about this?

The reason for the trial subscription not activating is because you have activated the trial version last year. Could you get back to me with a screenshot of the expired subscription message so that I can help you?

I have ATIH 2012 and I also wanted to use Acronis on line back up. During the online back up install I received message that my ATIH 2012 ver is not compatible with on line back up!!?

I wonder if there is a situation for this message.

Could you please let me know if you installed the standalone Online backup utility downloaded from your Acronis web-account.

Do you have Acronis True Image 2012 Home installed on your machine?

I see. You are correct. I didn't notice until you mentioned it. the date on Scrn3 is a 2011 date. See attached images. For 250gb @ $4.95 I can pay for 1 month trial to see if I like it at this point. Thank you very much for all your help.
