Acronis pauses or stops?

Thread needs solution

I have a dedicated AMD 4x3GHz/4GB on an ASUS Mainboard for transferring System's HD mostly to SSDs.

I boot TI 2015 from e2b-USB-Stick with the original HD connected to SATA0, targeting a WD-Blue 750GB via USB3. This ist the second try, and it also stops after a minute. No flashing light on the external housing, no flashing light for internal traffic.

I had watched the first try for over one hour, before killing it the hard way. Retest it with the same result. Doing this with an FTP-target shows also this pause, but only for two or three minutes. (I can monitor this on the NAS)

Crystal Disk Info reports the WD Blue as good.

What happens?

QuixX, when you speak about 'transferring System's HD mostly to SSDs' - what actual Acronis process / function are you using here?

Are you cloning from a HDD to the WD-Blue 750GB drive, or are you doing a Backup & Restore?

What build version of ATIH 2015 are you using, and was your USB Stick created from the same build version?

When booted from the ATIH 2015 Rescue Media, what messages are shown in the Logs for your actions?  Note: the logs are only available while you are still running the rescue media, they are lost on restart or reboot.

14 weeks, thank you for your answer, sorry for my very late.

To get ahead with my problem, i did it just an other way (FTP -> NAS), and forgot all of your forum while succeeding in work.

The process is "backup".

Unfortunately I have no logs, because the job "backup" had to run, therefor I go on reset.

I will look for it next time.

Glad to hear that you found a solution for this issue by using FTP to your NAS.
