Acronis Secure Zone is Full

I use Acronis True Image Home 2009. It is the third time that I receive the following message; Secure Zone is Full even if the option «to delete the oldest archive» is notched as shown.  The last two times I had to press OK to delete the oldest files, to continue.  But today, when I press OK, I receive a message saying that the Operation failed.

I use True Image since version 8.  It is the first time that the Secure Zone is not able to handle by itself a situation of full disk.  This is the main reason to use the Acronis Secure Zone; thus, we do not have to erase the oldest file manually.

Could you please let me know the build number of the product, which you can find in the Help -> About dialog (it should be a 3 or 4 digit number)?

The program needs additional disk space to create the new archive that contains the data stored in the ones that are being consolidated. If there is not enough space available, it reports the "Secure zone is Full" error and skips the management process. The amount of space necessary for consolidation is nearly equal to the size of the archives being consolidated. Acronis True Image Home consolidates only the full archive with the next incremental/differential one. Since the full archive requires approximately 50% of the original data size, the free space on the partition that has Backup Location must be nearly equal to this original data size (with ~5% extra space). With these conditions, the necessary amount of space will always be available even if full and differential backups need to be consolidated.

So could you please increase its size and check if the issue persists?
