Acronis Support for Online (Cloud) Backup

I just learned something valuable about support for 2015: Although support for ATI 2015 is subject to the normal limitations (support contract or PPI), the cloud backup is treated as a separate product with slightly different terms.

As long as you have a subscription for online (cloud) backup, when you get to the question about the type of product you use you should choose "online backup" as your product. On the next pop-up screen, choose "Acronis Cloud". That will give you access to chat and email support.

This isn't at all obvious.
