The Acronis Sync Agent Service service hung on starting

Windows XP SP3 hung on startup on 2-3 min. Event Viewer (start > run > eventvwr.msc ok) shows an error - The Acronis Sync Agent Service service hung on starting.

After dissabling Acronis Sync Agent Service by msconfig Windows starts normally. But now I can't run syncronization process.
