Acronis Sync hasn't worked for a couple of weeks - wrong Certificate on web site

Acronis Sync doesn't work on the 2014 3 user Premium Edition. The log reports the server isn't available. Hasn't been for a couple of weeks. When I log in to check the settings IE11 warns me the Acronis site certificate is invalid. Is this a case of HeartBleed bug not being fixed properly?

I know I don't have a support contract, but there must be some way I can talk to Acronis to tell you your service just flat-lined. Is there any way to get you to maybe fix this?

Tried it with Chrome, the error message is much more helpful.

You attempted to reach www.acronis.eu, but instead you actually reached a server identifying itself as *.acronis.com. This may be caused by a misconfiguration on the server or by something more serious. An attacker on your network could be trying to get you to visit a fake (and potentially harmful) version of www.acronis.eu.

Could Acronis please re-key the SSL key for www.acronis.eu and put it on the web server.
