Acronis TI 2013 Backup Window keeps refreshing

The product,TI 2013 full disk version, was installed roughly May 2013, and was working fine for a long time. Then a few months ago, the following problem arose, got worse, and now is continuous.

When the application first opens, to the "Other Backups" screen, it appears to continually refresh the list of backup jobs, flashing the job list over and over, and never stops so that it can be used. After a while the application crashes.

It's still running backup jobs in background, however, I can't control them or access them because the "other backups" screen keeps moving.

Any suggestions on this would be appreciated. Thanks!

Under the "Tools/Gears" icon in the "Backup and Recovery" tab I selected "Remove from the list" > "Not-yet-backed up boxes".

That stopped the backup list refreshing. So maybe there were just too many jobs. I then cleaned up the jobs list; it had a lot of jobs with specific dates and times on it. And I turned off the "search for backup jobs at start up" under the Tools/Gear. Maybe that will help (but it did not remove the "refreshing" when I tried it by itself, first).

Happy to hear about similar experiences, though.
