Acronis TI Forum is Constipated

Thread needs solution

Really, this TI forum is constipated.

Constipation An acute or chronic condition in which bowel movements occur less often than usual or consist of hard, dry stools that are painful or difficult to pass.

Maybe there is a more accurate term for the speed of this forum but I don't know what that word might be. Honestly I've never used any forum that is anywhere near as slow as this "new and improved" Acronis forum is. Good info (from volunteers) at the speed of a sick snail.

Now I ask why the forum is allowed to be as slow as a chunk of old s**t?

The most likely answer is usually the simplest answer. In this case the answer might be "Acronis simply does not care, paid support revenue is rising. The next guess is that Acronis is saving a small amount of money by running cheap.

New users of TI beware! TI does work but getting support has now become much more difficult. The old forum was reasonably fast and had useful help. Now the volunteer forum support is so slow that volunteers are moving on to more useful projects where their time isn't wasted.

I'd love to see this fixed but I'm not holding my breath.

Maybe I'll be horse-whipped for posting this. That too might be very slow.

Hello Fungus,

That's not true. As you know, there are several moderators from Acronis here, and we are responsible for this forum. It's controlled by our manager. So we are aware of low forum performance and already reported this to our Web Team. They have found several issues and fixed them. We know that this is not acceptable to post on slow forum, and wait for several minutes for some page to load. If you still experience some issues, please report them to us directly (to me, Oleg, Dmitry and Michael).

We are very sorry for inconvenience....

Thank you.
