Acronis TIH 2012 Boot media dont see network adapter Realtek 8111

Thread needs solution

Hi, dear developers!
I've been using your product in my small company.
In older versions of Acronis used Acronis True Image Home BootCD to restore images to computers using the network.
The new batches of computers used by the motherboard GA-P67X-UD3-B3 and the network adapter Realtek RTL8168 \ 8111 PCIE Gigabit Network Adapter, the previous version - TIH 2011, this adapter is not see in program. after downloading the latest version of the 2012 bild 5545, my adapter again not loaded in program. Tell me, when can we expect support for this network adapter?
We want to buy new copies of the licensed product, but doubt whether to support new adapters in your product.
Thank you! I'll waiting for an answer!
(Sorry for my English)
Mike

Dexter,

If you open a support ticket you might be able to get Acronis to make you an ISO which contains the driver for your adapter.

The downside is that you might need to ask them each time a new build of 2012 comes out.

Colin B, where i can find a "support ticket"? In installed program menu or in my profile in web site?

Dexter,

Log in to your account, the click on Support, from the support page, click on contact support, then select 2012 as your product and then select either Email or Live Chat.

I have exactly the same problem with my brand new shiny GA-P67X-UD3-B3. I think this is a fairly mainstream part and surprised no response on this one..

Per the prior post, I've (tried) to add a ticket. Kept having trouble with the page and Chat didnt work. Sent the email, case 01372295.

I have new Dell 620, same nic, same problem. Spent all week trying to create a bootable PE and addming drivers manually as per supports recommendations. What a frigging nightmare....

First had to download AIK and install (1gb) then created boot disk. Same dang problem.

Network folders now showing however I only see LSASETUPDOMAIN. What the heck is that? At my wits ends....
