Acronis True Image 2010 - Failing on Conversion .tib -> .vhd

I have used Acronis version 8.x, 9.x and 11.x. They are great for me. I am checking out this new TI 2010, before I decide to buy.

I downloaded the trial version and installed on a virtual machine Windows 7 64bit.
1. Backup from C: partition -> file.tib in C: works fine
2. Convert the .tib -> .vhd: I got a blue screen (on Win 7!), and the system rebooted.
3. Upon startup, Win 7 goes to repair mode and hung there.

I am not sure it is caused by my running these tests inside a virtual machine (my sandbox), or because the conversion tool to .vhd may have issues, especially with Win 7 64 bit.

I am hoping Acronis folks or other users can comment on this issue.
