Acronis True Image 2010 & QNAP TS-219P

My companies' NAS is QNAP TS-219P with RAID 1. I planned to purchse Acronis True Image Home 2010 as the backup software. The objective of software is to backup the data from the NAS to a PC or other NAS.

1. I would like to know if the Acronis support QNAP TS-219P model.

2. Do I need to do any configuraiton on the QNAP TS-219P NAS? (E.g. create share folder or network mappning in the PC)

3. I would like to know if the Acronis True Image 2010 support the backup via the the FTP connection.

There should be no problems with performing the scenario you have specified, but though we do not expect any issues, this NAS has not been tested wth our software and we strongly recommend to try backing up the NAS with the trial version of the software - this will also allow you to make sure that our product suits all your needs and expectations.
