Acronis True Image 2012 - NAS Connections

Hello There

I have a NAS Server where I store and backup all data, now previously on True Image 2011 I could save Backups & do Restores from files located on the NAS Server without any problems.

Now that I have True Image 2012 I have installed it on the PC also created a Boot Disk as well. If if want to backup files from the PC on to the NAS I input my credentials TEST the connection and comes back ok and says connection Succeeded.

But when I click on NAS Connections it find my Server called Storage but after that it will not list any other folders in there even though there are quite a lot.

It not a permission issue on the NAS because its granted as Read/Write for everyone for backup and this works ok on True Image 2011.

Please can you fix this issue for NAS Connections for the credentials and to fix it so it will list folders as well within the NAS.

Also after I insert the bootable acronis disk I want to backup Files & Folders instead, but this take quite a long long time to backup sometimes 1hr if if you have 20GB of documents. If I backup Disks & Partitions it can take 20 minutes to backup the whole system 27GB doesn't make sense.

Hi, same for me but with with Synchronization. It seem to connect after set the credential, but then is unable to Sync local and nas folders.

Curiously, backup a local folder into NAS works perfectly.
