Acronis True Image 2014 and Compatibility to Windoes 10

Thread needs solution

Hello

I've upgraded to Win 10 and have now the question, if Acronis True Image 2014 is compatible to Win 10.

I'm using it with Windows 10. Creates backups with no problem at all. Recovery goes straight back to Win 10 when it reboots, instead of recovering image. Rebooting to boot menu (F1, F8 or F12 on many computers) lets you boot into Acronis BootLoader. At that point, recovery begins and it works fine.

It's also the only way I've found to get rid of the Windows.old directory (about 40 GB!) that the upgrade created on my main drive. The File Shredder utility takes care of it. Be careful not to shred anything except Windows.old, though.
