Acronis True Image 2014 and large disks. 4Tb.

Hello, I am new to this forum so please forgive me if I posted this in the wrong place. I am currently attempting to close a 1 Tb disk to a 4 Tb disk that runs windows 7. I have tried this 3 times and it is failing. I am not using UEFI because I am using windows 7. I understand that anything over 2 Tb may be unusable.
When I try to clone the dick I keep getting errors that the disk is corrupt. Windows is running OK on the 1 Tb disk and this is a standalone e system not connected to the internet for business reasons.
Does anyone know if Acronis 2014 will allow me to clone the 1 Tb Disk to the 4 Tb disk? And if so what are the correct steps to accomplish this?
