Greetings,
Sorry for the issues you are experiencing. You post is lacking basic information needed for others to assist you.

Did you follow the recommend method for cloning? - If not, what steps did you perform when the clone was attempted?
Have you performed any troubleshooting steps besides attempting to restore your machine with USB media?

Some additional thoughts:

It is often difficult to get accurate support for OEM versions of ATIH here. The information available to us can differ greatly from the versions supplied to OEM's. You may need to contact the OEM for assistance. I personally would not use an OEM version of ATIH as it might be older or outdated.

If you are unable to start your machine normally, I would contact the manufacturer of your system or the OEM who provided the software. You should however, be able to restore a windows 8.1 system with a USB image of the OS. This might involve a complete format and reimage of the disk/SSD. You typically use the "diskpart" and "clean" commands from a command prompt. Please do not embark on this procedure unless you are comfortable and fully understand the steps. An alternate or better solution may exist for your particular system or hardware. Example - Asus uses F9 during boot for recovery.

Cloning is inherently risky, we always recommend performing a full disk image back up and restoring that to a new drive. This helps to ensure the source disk remains unchanged and bootable.
